JOB PURPOSE: Offering development and growth opportunities to students, who will learn to provide support to the business in various administrative functions

Job Responsibilities

• Front office reception: managing phone calls
• Assist with communication with production to deliver orders timely and accurately.
• Assist with Input incoming and outgoing inventory
• Assist with Maintaining and balancing daily reports.
• Assist with Weekly & Monthly reporting.
• Assist with Weighing trucks
• Assist with Data Entry
• Assist with Accounts Payable
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experiences

• Good customer service and organizational skills
• Thorough and detail oriented
• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
• Tact and diplomacy - ensure professionalism when dealing with customers and coworkers.
• Experienced with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Some flexibility in scheduling during peak summer season will be required.
• Work experience or a background in Agriculture is considered an asset.
  
  

Wage range is: $18-18.75/hr
