This position is responsible for the delivery of products to our customers on a timely basis throughout the length and breadth of Antigua. The role requires that you have a vehicle in good working condition and a valid driver's license.

Duties and Essential Job Functions:

• Ensures Accounts Receivable collections are maintained and are within credit limits approved by management.
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues.
• Provide on-site training to customers.
• Move technology from one location to another.
• Make changes or adjustments to existing systems such as performing upgrades.
• Receive customer payments and return for deposit.
• Create and maintain interdepartmental and vendor relationships.
• Provide feedback to the Country Manager regarding customer concerns.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Promote and sell the company’s products and services.
• Work closely with Merchants, Vendors, and Distributors to ensure customer satisfaction.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

• Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Have a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
