  1. Job Type: Permanent Full-time (5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays)
  2. Performance Expectations: Results matter – performance above all else. Candidates must have a documented track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
  3. About Wellness Shop @ Jacuzzi Ontario: An established company providing a world-class customer experience. We sell Jacuzzi Brand and Private Label Hot Tubs, Clearlight Infrared Saunas, Cold Plunge Ice Baths, Gazebos, Massage Chairs, and All-Season Pools. We are recognized as the industry leader in Ontario for all hot tub and wellness needs.
  4. Candidate Profile: Highly motivated sales professionals who are innovative, driven, and leaders in the marketplace. Candidates should have a proven sales track record, the ability to work autonomously, and manage their own pipeline.
  5. Role as a Product Sales Specialist: Engage with customers one-on-one, providing exceptional sales experiences by uncovering their needs and recommending suitable products for their indoor or outdoor spaces. Success is measured by individual and team sales performance and ability to deliver excellent after-sales service.
  6. Qualifications: Demonstrated exceptional sales performance through consultative and relationship selling. Commission sales experience is a plus; willingness to grow professionally in our industry is valued.
