Responsibilities :

• Switchboard Operator : Answer all incoming calls professionally, route calls efficiently, and provide information to callers.
• Administration : Assist with tasks such as word processing, data entry, and internet research; handle mailings and correspondence.
• Filing Clerk : Manage invoices and documents, update cash receipt records.
• Front Desk Coordinator : Greet visitors, vendors, and clients; maintain the appearance and organization of the reception area.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
