Position Overview :

Guardium Logistics Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager – Logistics and Warehousing to drive our growth initiatives and further strengthen our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing existing and long-term client relationships, and achieving revenue goals within the logistics, warehousing, and supply chain sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that address client needs and foster business expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Development : Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sectors.
  • Sales Strategy : Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve defined revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both existing clients and prospective customers.
  • Market Intelligence : Conduct thorough and ongoing market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Negotiation & Closing : Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver logistics solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports, including sales forecasts, progress updates, and performance analysis, to senior management.
  • Industry Representation : Represent Guardium Logistics Ltd. at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and expand professional networks.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience : A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Proven Success : Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Skills : Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software and apps.
  • Self-Starter : Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Travel Flexibility : Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
