What you bring

  • BS/AS degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or Finance with prior project management experience
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in either the elevator industry or in a related building systems industry
  • Working towards Certification in Project Management (CAPM or PMP) and/or some Project Management experience preferred but not required
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in MS Project
  • Knowledge of SAP reporting functions
  • Knowledge of project management web-tools, ie. e-builder, E-Construction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess excellent organization skills with the ability to balance high volume of activities and changing priorities
  • Information seeking and achievement orientation, ability to solve problems both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to interact with all levels and foster a teamwork relationship
