Bilingual Data Conversion Specialist

Job Description

Applied Systems, Inc., the worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for a Bilingual Data Conversion Specialist to join our Onboarding & Success team. In this role, you'll be collaborating directly with both our internal project team and our English and/or French-speaking clients to establish and oversee all activities related to data consulting that are associated with the projects you are assigned.

You will guide and/or conduct these activities to ensure a successful transition of the client's current data to our Applied Epic system. You will play an essential part in maintaining our high standard of data accuracy in conversions and be involved in testing and validating each stage of the process. The goal is to ensure a seamless and efficient conversion with exceptional results for our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Work with the product team to establish key performance indicators and monitor performance to ensure consistent & quality product delivery.
• Accountable for creating & maintaining product reporting portfolio, including but not limited to, ad-hoc reports, self-service dashboards, and advanced analyses.
• Uncover and socialize predictive & prescriptive insights to Product teams.
• Act as liaison between Product and other internal stakeholders to advocate for data quality enhancements & standards, as well as make sure Product has visibility into important KPIs generated by other stakeholders.
• Champion data literacy & data-driven decision making within the Product organization.
• Serve as Amplitude champion & subject matter expert to support Product usage insights.
• Evaluate and advise on analytics & insights tooling decisions to meet business needs.
• Ensure optimal collaboration and project execution with all key stakeholders. This will require extensive communication with operators, product leads, and senior leadership.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

We’re looking for someone who:

• Can work 100% remotely or from an Applied Systems office.
• Is able to speak, write and read English & French fluently.

Your experience should include some or all of the following:

• Demonstrated communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with Applied Systems products and services.
• Experience or interest in data conversions.
• Experience working with projects that require high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Insurance, Technology or related disciplines.
