Job Description

We are recruiting for a contract Project Manager or Contract Clinical Team Manager with experience managing global trials in Radiopharmaceuticals, Gastrointestinal / Lung / Breast Cancer, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, ALS, or Stargardt’s.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope, maintaining industry, sponsor, and Ergomed quality standards.
  • Liaise with project team members, provide training as needed, and ensure proper task allocation.
  • Develop, review, and update project plans to align with goals and milestones.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings related to study activities (study organization, initiation, execution, closure).
  • Serve as the primary contact with sponsors and Ergomed senior management regarding project status.
  • Represent Ergomed at external meetings, liaising with scientific/medical experts in other CROs and sponsors, and participating in committee meetings (e.g., EC/IRB).
  • Review and develop SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance and create study-related training programs.
  • Contribute to bid defense activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Project Manager overseeing international clinical trials in a CRO environment.
  • Experience with global trials in Radiopharmaceuticals, Gastrointestinal / Lung / Breast Cancer, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, ALS, or Stargardt’s.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related discipline.
