Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for quality gear and extensive experience in the cycling(Mtb) and motorcycling industries? RACER Gloves Canada Inc., the Canadian importer and distributor of RACER 1927 and CEBE brands, is searching for an Independent Sales Representative or Sales Agency to lead the expansion of our gloves and protective lines of the RACER 1927 brand in Alberta.

Founded in 1927 in France, at the heart of the country's tannery valley. After a trip to New York, Mr. Hubert Patault, the founder, wanted to give his brand an internationally recognized name. Inspired by skiers racing down mountains, the name RACER was born, with the creation of the first mountaineering glove in France. Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to maximize RACER's presence within the Alberta territory.
• Cultivate and maintain exceptional service with retail partners, establishing longstanding relationships.
• Masterfully deliver sales presentations, training, and educational sessions with retail partners to ensure strong brand visibility and understanding.
• Represent RACER 1927 as the brand ambassador at regional dealer and consumer events.
• Manage booking and in-season sales cycles to meet or exceed targets.
• Attend company sales meetings and stay aligned with our collaborative, bottom-up communication approach to fuel territory growth.

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven individual with experience in cycling and Motorcycling or closely related fields, backed by strong knowledge of the Alberta Motorcycle and Cycling dealer network. You'll bring an entrepreneurial spirit and view yourself as a brand ambassador who goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service and support.
