The Advisor II, Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for the purpose of selling products and services. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales; providing / receiving information; selling client products / service as well as providing basic customer service support.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative , you’ll :

  • Handle inbound calls focusing on customer retention
  • Explain products and / or services to up sell and cross sell to new and current customers
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
  • Assist in correcting billing concerns.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include :

  • 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial
  • A High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications)
  • The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week. Currently, we are not hiring students.
