A leading company in the bridal industry is seeking a Customer Service and Alterations Associate in Ontario. The role involves providing exceptional service, managing customer interactions, and assisting with alterations. Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person. Communicate clearly and adapt style to suit customers by problem solving, demonstrating excellent phone skills, and resolving conflict.
Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star customer experience. Maintain all service levels by being prepared, welcoming, meeting needs, and supporting customers' emotional and practical needs, including operational checklist tasks.
Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously and contribute to the store's achievement of Five-Star Customer Service. Proactively address customer concerns with confidence, knowing when to escalate and partner with the leadership team.
Partner with Alterations to explain how alterations can enhance dress fit for specific events, promoting all alteration services and personalization options. Assist stylists in closing sales by consulting on gown fit and customization.
Maintain store standards to support a flawless shopping experience and uphold the dress code policy. Greet and escort customers to and from alterations appointments.
Ensure quality control by inspecting all garments altered, steamed, or pressed before final delivery. Respond promptly to customer questions with product and service information, and build long-term relationships to exceed satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage inventory by processing special orders and ensuring merchandise quality. Ensure alteration pricing aligns with company standards. Manage all alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming, pressing, and spot cleaning to company standards.
Resolve customer service issues swiftly and effectively, supporting all cash wrap behaviors and processing transactions accurately to ensure customers feel celebrated. Keep the alterations room clean and organized. Perform any additional duties assigned by store management.
