Qualifications

About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial operations and reporting for the Go Lime Group of Companies. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely financial records, compliance with regulations, and improving reporting processes through collaboration and problem-solving.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Support month-end closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
2. Complete reporting for lenders within specified timelines, adhering to regulations.
3. Assist in designing and testing new or improved reporting solutions.
4. Support the monthly billing process, including quality checks and postings.
5. Prepare accounting entries and reconciliations, such as bank and intercompany accounts.
6. Maintain internal controls as recommended by auditors and lenders.
7. Contribute to creating Business Process Memos and Process Maps for ERP and FP&A tools.
8. Develop and manage ETL processes for data visualization.
9. Work with external auditors to facilitate audits and compliance.
10. Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring policy adherence.
11. Create operational analytics, KPIs, and metrics for management.
12. Participate in special projects like acquisitions and portfolio reviews.
13. Assess data quality for finance operations reporting.

• Degree with CPA designation.
• 2-5 years in finance, accounting, or business analysis.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Lease Management Systems, consumer financing, and securitization is a plus.
• Experience with Notion, Visio, DataRails, and Zoho Analytics.
• Intermediate SQL knowledge is advantageous.
