What We’re Looking For

As Northern’s Adobe Solutions Architect with a strategic focus on Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, helping clients harness the full potential of their analytics and customer journey data. You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, architect scalable analytics and journey tracking frameworks, and ensure actionable insights are derived to help businesses optimize customer experiences and achieve their goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and manage Adobe Launch to deploy analytics and marketing tags across websites and applications.
  • Collaborate with developers to design, build, and maintain scalable data layers for efficient data collection.
  • Ensure data layers align with business objectives and enable seamless integration with analytics and marketing platforms.
  • Debug and resolve issues related to tag firing, data discrepancies, and platform integrations.
  • Integrate Adobe Launch with Adobe Analytics and other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Target, Audience Manager).
  • Enable third-party integrations with marketing platforms, CRM systems, and advertising tools.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including solution design references (SDRs), tracking plans, and implementation guides.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and marketers, to ensure alignment on data strategies and deliverables.
  • Regularly audit and optimize Adobe Launch configurations for performance and scalability.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, Adobe product updates, and best practices to continuously improve implementations.

Knowledge, Education & Experience Required

  • 3+ years of experience implementing and managing Adobe Launch or similar tag management systems.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Launch libraries, extensions, and rule-based tagging.
  • Experience with APIs, server-side tracking, and event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with data layer development and schema design.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics concepts, including KPIs, attribution models, and event tracking.
  • Experience integrating Adobe Launch with Adobe Analytics and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex tracking issues and implement scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Bonus

  • Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Target, Audience Manager).
  • Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Launch Developer, Adobe Analytics Architect).
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on tagging strategies.
  • Familiarity with additional analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) or marketing automation tools.
