Job Description:
Starting Rate of Pay: $17.19 per hour
Showcase your attention to detail and horticultural flair as a Grounds Labourer – and maintain hotel grounds that provide a beautiful backdrop to every exceptional guest stay. In this role you will support the hotel by:

1. Maintain flower beds, landscape plantings both indoor & outdoor
2. Mow, trim, water all turf areas of resort
3. Prepare landscape areas for repair or construction
4. Clean the property - litter, animal waste, recycling, hazard trees and yard debris
5. Plant, fertilize and pesticide usage on a periodic basis
6. Assist irrigation technician when necessary
7. Operate power tools and equipment while using proper personal protective equipment

Qualifications:
Your Skills & Qualifications:

1. Valid Alberta Driver’s License required
2. Previous experience in Landscape/Gardening an asset
3. Machine operating experience an asset: snowplow, grader & blade, bobcat, john deere tractors 5200, 670, 855 & 3320
4. CPR and First Aid Certificates an asset
5. Ability to work outdoors in various elements such as rain, heat & snow required
