MUST HAVES :

• 10+ years' experience sustaining (e.g., administration, operations, support, patching, monitoring, starting / stopping) COTS based identity and access management systems. At least 4 years' experience must be related to implementations with over 10,000 registered users.
• 10+ years' experience designing, developing, deploying, and sustaining large application implementations based on the following technology products: Entrust PKI Suite, Sun Identity Manager (Sun IDM), LDAP Tools (such as Client Dir.X, Apache Dir Studio / CLI Commands), Windows Internet Information Server (IIS), Apache HTTPD / IBM Web Server / NGINX, Oracle Web Logic, SQL, Oracle database 11g (and later), Solaris, Windows, AIX, and Linux.
• At least 4 years' experience must be related to Entrust PKI Suite (e.g., Security Manager v8.x, Security Manager Proxy, Admin Services, Automated Enrolments Services (AES)).
• 10+ years' experience with quality control and assurance methodologies and practices as applied to the implementation of applications with over 10,000 users. Demonstrated experience in acting as a central point of contact for all incidents and problems in the day-to-day.

Description :

Role : Intermediate Application Architects

• Support of the GO-PKI environments for development, User Acceptance testing, and Production, including :
• Monitoring the health, performance, and status of service components (e.g., technology stack).
• Starting and stopping service components.
• Backing up or recovering service components (e.g., associated data or configurations).
• Maintaining service components (e.g., applying patches, renewing certificates or licenses).
• Triaging, analysing, and resolving incidents related to GO-PKI.
• Identifying, analysing, and resolving problems related to GO-PKI - Entrust PKI Suite (e.g., Security Manager v8.x, Security Manager Proxy, Admin Services, AES, SSL).
• Assessing the impacts of changes on GO-PKI, including changes raised by clients and service providers (e.g., ITS, CompuCom, Telus).
• Documenting maintenance and support requirements and procedures.
• Engage and work with product vendors if extended support is required.
• Provide on-call support for the GO-PKI production environments 24x7, and for non-production environments on a 5x10 basis, including participation in incident and change management processes.
• Assist and provide production support for networking infrastructure components and technologies such as Load Balancers, Firewalls, Proxy Servers, Gateways, Routers, etc.
• Provide application support and expertise for technologies including Entrust PKI Suite, Sun IDM, LDAP Tools, IIS, Apache HTTPD / IBM Web Server / NGINX, SQL, Oracle 11g+, Solaris, Windows, AIX, and Linux.
• Support clients in integrating their applications with GO-PKI for identity and access management by analyzing requirements, designing solutions, developing and testing integrations, and documenting approaches.
• Improve support posture by developing, evaluating, and deploying support tools and utilities.
• Assist with implementing disaster recovery solutions and defining system management processes, including monitoring, alerts, and documentation.
• Foster a team culture of excellence and innovation by developing role descriptions, knowledge transfer plans, and transition strategies for OPS employees.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements :

• Large Application Solutions and other technologies : 50%
• 10+ years experience supporting COTS identity and access management systems, with at least 4 years on large implementations.
• 10+ years designing, deploying, and supporting applications based on specified technologies.
• Experience with ITIL processes such as Service Level, Problem, Change, Release, and Capacity Management.
• 10+ years troubleshooting and resolving application issues, especially related to identity and access management.
• Experience with Change and Release Management processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools like TFS, Robot Framework, GOSS, SIKULIX, or VSTS.
