THE TEAM

The mission of the ERM Department is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our ERM team is expanding accordingly. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for safeguarding Aritzia's product, property, people, and clients across the business. You will play a pivotal role in developing, monitoring, and executing Aritzia's business resilience infrastructure, ensuring readiness to prevent, detect, resolve, and recover from business disruptions. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager, Business Resilience, you will lead the team to:

• Support in establishing Aritzia's approach to enterprise risk management.
• Identify, monitor, and track existing and potential threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to Aritzia's operations across all workplaces.
• Develop, maintain, and execute plans to ensure the continuation of critical operations during and after disruptions.
• Develop, maintain, and execute crisis management plans, ensuring effective response by the business and senior leadership.
• Implement contingency measures to recover infrastructure quickly following disruptions, minimizing downtime.
• Educate employees and stakeholders on resiliency practices, clarifying roles and responsibilities during disruptions.
• Regularly test and simulate emergency scenarios to evaluate and improve business continuity and crisis management plans.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager, Business Resilience, should have:

• Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in business resilience, operational risk management, and disaster recovery.
• A commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's Values and Leadership principles.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A dedication to quality and results that add value to the business.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. Final salary will depend on your knowledge, skills, and experience. We are always seeking top talent; qualifications may lead to adjusted scope and salary.
