Part of a nationwide family of Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Covenant Living is seeking a Dining Services Aide. This position is responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to residents and guests, as well as performing a variety of services in the Healthcare Center dining areas.

In this role, the Dining Services Aide will:
  1. Wait on assigned tables.
  2. Take Resident meal orders.
  3. Setup and bus tables.
  4. Pre-service setup of tray-line.
  5. Assemble individual meals on tray-line.
  6. Ensure all shift duties are thoroughly completed before the end of each shift.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Relevant dining experience.
  • One year experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Effective reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills.
  • Understanding and application of sanitation, foodborne illness, cross-contamination policies, and HACCP protocols.
  • Knowledge of dining room procedures, etiquette, proper small ware handling, and residents' rights.
  • Willingness to work with and interact with older adults.

Compensation Pay Range: $15.05 - $17.89

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $15.05 - $17.89. The actual rate offered depends on qualifications, experience, skills, education, location, and internal/external equity.
