As an Assistant Head Nurse, you will oversee staff assignments, patient flow, and serve as a role model, clinical resource, and advocate for nursing staff. You will provide frontline nursing care as needed and lead efforts in promoting quality patient care and operational priorities. Your expertise, clinical experience, and judgment will help resolve complex healthcare issues across various levels, including patient care, interprofessional teams, and administrative bodies. You will play a vital role in ensuring safe, quality, patient- and family-centered care aligned with AHS's shared vision and values.
