Position Summary:The Education Program Manager oversees all Educational Coordinators and instructional staff within the ORR Transitional Foster Care (TFC) and Long-Term Foster Care (LTFC) programs. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality educational services, including implementing the daily 6-hour educational requirement for minors in TFC and the successful enrollment, academic progress, and career planning for youth in LTFC. The Education Program Manager is responsible for training, auditing, and ensuring compliance with ORR and state education guidelines while supporting long-term academic and vocational success.

Experience working with youth in foster care, refugee, or immigrant populations is strongly .
Understanding of school enrollment processes, trauma-informed practices, and career-readiness programming.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability:
Bilingual in Spanish but not required.
Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public.
Mathematical Ability:
Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
