Job summary

CASA Mental Health in Edmonton seeks a Program Education Lead to guide CASA Classrooms’ educational services and staff. You will lead classroom teams, align teaching with Alberta Education curriculum, and advance program development and quality improvement.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will supervise Therapy Support staff, support staff development, and collaborate with school divisions to ensure seamless student transitions and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field and Alberta Teaching Certificate.
• Permanent Professional Certification (PPC) preferred.
• Five years teaching and/or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership with Program Manager and Director to support high‑performing teams.
• Oversee day‑to‑day classroom operations and educational decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and education legislation.
• Align with Alberta Education curriculum and monitor quality of care.
• Recruit and collaborate with partner schools and district leaders.
• Coordinate student transitions and academic continuity.
