Educational Assistants support students in achieving success across academic, behavioral, social, life skills, and co-op areas. Working within a multidisciplinary team, they help create a safe and supportive environment to facilitate learning and integration for all students.
These positions can be physically demanding, requiring assistance with toileting, diapering, feeding, lifting, transferring, positioning, and mobility as needed. Educational Assistants may rotate through different school areas to meet diverse student needs across various grade levels.

Participation in the OMERS Pension Plan is mandatory for all full-time employees, even if currently receiving an OMERS pension.
