Job summary

Holy Family Catholic Regional Division is seeking an Educational Assistant for St Stephen's School in Valleyview, Alberta. This probationary, full-time position is for the 2026-2027 school year, starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 29, 2027, with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma is required.
• Teacher Assistant Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good communication and ability to follow educational plans.
• Ability to support students with individualized programs and accommodations.
• Proficiency with technology.
• Criminal Record Check and Intervention check required.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers by assisting students one-to-one, in small groups, and in classrooms.
• Assist students with health needs and personal care tasks as required.
• Support individualized learning plans, English Language Learners, and other Educational Assistant duties as assigned.
