Job summary

Bentley School is seeking a caring Educational Assistant to join the team in Bentley, Canada. The position focuses on supporting students from Kindergarten to Grade 4 and working closely with teachers and staff to foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.

The successful candidate will provide targeted one-to-one and small-group guidance, assist with academic, behavioural, and social-emotional interventions, and participate in implementing student learning plans within a collaborative team

The successful candidate will work closely with a classroom teacher, school administration, and other support staff to provide meaningful support for students, while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Assignment

• Part-time 0.60 FTE Educational Assistant position
• Duties to commence as soon as possible and will continue for the remainder of the 2026/2027 school year
• Provide targeted one-to-one and small-group support to identified students within Kindergarten to Grade 4
• Assist with academic, behavioural, and social-emotional interventions
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to implement student learning and support plans
• Support inclusive practices and help students fully participate in school and classroom activities
