Job summary

The Chinook School Division is seeking an Educational Assistant for Ecole Centennial School. This permanent part-time position is 1.153 FTE (6.91 hours per day) at a vibrant Saskatchewan division.

Responsibilities include supporting students with health/hygiene needs, one-on-one assistance, and teamwork on Individual Improvement Plans. Pay range is CAD 20.27 to 27.10 per hour with a defined benefit pension and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Educational Assistant certification or early childhood training an asset.
• Ability and experience in working with children.
• Physical ability to work with active students.
• Lifting may be required.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, and an ability to work in a team environment.
• A positive and flexible attitude to change.
• Demonstrates a commitment to truth and reconciliation.
• Demonstrates a commitment to supporting diversity and inclusion.
