Community Options - A Society for Children and Families in Edmonton is seeking an Educational Assistant (EA) to join a multidisciplinary team supporting children with developmental delays in preschool and daycare settings.
You will implement IPPs, foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff, and participate in bi-monthly training. The role is part-time, with up to 30 hours per week and outdoor activities in all weather.

As an Educational Assistant (EA) , you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team. Composed of a Coordinating Teacher, Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Occupational Therapist (OT), and Physical Therapist (PT) helping the children develop and grow in an inclusive environment.
You’ll support children with developmental delays in preschool and daycare settings, implement individualized program plans (IPPs), and foster positive and respectful relationships with the children, families, and staff.

Job Type : Part-time
Expected hours : Maximum of 30 hours per week, with hours being (between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday) dependent on placement and location.
Expected Pay Range : $18.50 - $21.50
