The Department of Education, Culture and Employment (ECE) provides the residents of the Northwest Territories with access to quality programs, services and support to assist them in making informed and productive choices for themselves and their families with regard to education, training, careers, employment and labour, child development, languages, culture and heritage.

Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (general studies, Arts) and a minimum 2 years of administrative or office experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
The following equivalencies will be accepted:
- Bachelor's degree in Arts/Business/Computer Science/General Studies/Education. Experience not required.
- A certificate in Administration, Computer Science, or related field (general studies, Arts) with a minimum of 3 years of administrative or office experience
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with experience in databases, records management, and data reporting. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse teams is essential. Proficiency in French is considered an asset.
