Students: 1 student, Elementary level academics

Hours per week: 8

Responsibilities
  • Carry out pre-planned lessons and life skills activities tailored to the student’s needs.
  • Support therapy follow-up and engage the student in home learning activities and virtual programming.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a cohesive team, including support from a home learning support teacher, parents, and the Inclusive Education Coordinator.
Qualifications, Experience, Credentials and/or Skills
  • Experience and/or EA certification is highly valued for this role.
  • Strong interest, related experience, or relevant training will be considered with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Christian values, empathetic nature, flexibility, creativity, patience, and enthusiasm are valued.
  • Experience working with school-aged children and a background in special needs is advantageous but not required.
