JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Educational Assistant to support our Learning Assistance program. This position could be anywhere between Kindergarten to Gr. 7 depending on need. Candidates wishing to be considered should :

  • have experience working with a variety of different needs in a school setting
  • have completed an accredited EA certification program with a practicum component
  • be familiar with a variety of different tools and programs to help support students
  • be willing and eager to learn new strategies and programs to stay current with educational trends
  • be a strong team player who understands the importance of teamwork and collaboration
  • have the ability to be flexible and willing to adapt as needed
  • ideally be catholic, and if not, support the catholic faith and the mission of the catholic school
