Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Education and Training Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will perform integrated, multidisciplinary assessments to evaluate the survivability of critical U.S. Air Force mission systems, infrastructures, and assets.

The Air Force Mission Assurance Assessment Team requires specialized technical, analytical, and investigative support to develop and conduct comprehensive assessments of installations and facilities.

This position offers the opportunity to travel within the U.S. and internationally to work on vital Air Force systems and infrastructure, ensuring their survivability against threats or attacks. It’s an exciting chance to travel worldwide and contribute to protecting mission-critical infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Ensure mission assurance technical, educational, and training requirements align with AF/A3OB mission objectives and CARM requirements.
  2. Manage operational training standards for each MA functional element according to USAF standards, practices, and policies.
  3. Support organizational activities, including annual conferences.
  4. Develop and maintain tracking dashboards.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  1. Knowledge of mission assurance principles.
  2. Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  4. Experience building and maintaining IDPs and OJT requirements, tracking operator progress.
  5. Ability to track training certifications and requirements, including DoD 8570.01-M standards.
  6. Experience conducting pre-assessment activities, onsite vulnerability and risk assessments, and post-assessment reporting.
  7. Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
  8. Ability to travel up to 25% per year.
  9. Valid US passport.

Salary Range: $35.05 - $61.35 per hour.
