Job summary

Lifestyle Home Products' WIN division seeks energetic individuals to join our non-traditional sales team, promoting our range of home improvement products at retail locations and scheduling in-person consultations with customers. This role offers flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, and clear opportunities for growth within the company.

Start August 1st, up to 35 hours per week with some weekend availability, and earn a base rate of CAD 20.50 per hour plus bonus.

Requirements

• Possession of a Class 5 Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle (required)
• Full availability required, Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM and 2:30PM to 8:30PM
• Saturday and Sunday 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM and 2:30PM to 7:00PM
• No weekend only shifts available
• Willingness to commute to various retail locations
• A passion for engaging with potential customers and scheduling in-person consultations
• Openness to follow our proven sales methodology and achieve daily/weekly targets
• Full Time starting August 1st - up to 35hrs/week, including some weekend availability

Compensation and Schedule

Salary starts at $20.50 per hour, plus bonus pay.

• Shifts are 5 to 6 hours long
• Workdays: Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Weekday operating hours: 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
• Weekend operating hours: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
