POSITION OVERVIEW

The Globe and Mail is seeking a full-time writer to join our editorial board.

This is a rare opportunity to join a team whose mission is to shape public debate in Canada. The successful candidate will have a passion for discussing the biggest issues that Canadians face, relish the idea of tackling difficult subjects,enjoy hashing out arguments with your fellow journalists, and like the idea of taking a 360-degree view of the world.

The role requires an elegant writer who can frame an argument convincingly and crisply in regular contributions. You will also help shape the ideas of other members of the editorial board, including in the board's weekly meetings. We are open to candidates who are based across Canada and can travel regularly to Toronto.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

QUALIFICATIONS :
