Job summary

IFG International Financial Group Ltd invites an experienced Content Editor - Specialist for a 6-month contract in Downtown Toronto. The hybrid role combines editorial leadership with cross‑functional collaboration across design, translations, sales leads and marketing to deliver on-brand copy for desktop and mobile experiences.

The English Editor will manage timelines, present copy to stakeholders, ensure adherence to brand guidelines, and mentor junior editors while supporting campaign

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience writing/editing for desktop and mobile devices.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.
• Degree in English or Journalism or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the English Editorial lead, providing timelines and resource plan estimates for design deliverables.
• Present copy to stakeholders and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and review processes.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary Agile pods to translate business objectives into copy.
• Train and guide new Editors and share editorial standards with the teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery and alignment with campaign objectives.
