Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. in Mississauga seeks an experienced Integration Analyst to design, develop, test and support EDI integrations between Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and ERP systems.

You will liaise with business stakeholders and trading partners to ensure reliable, compliant integration operations. The role requires hands-on EDI knowledge (X12), strong analysis skills, and the ability to translate technical constraints for non-technical staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on EDI experience, including X12 standards, mapping, partner management, and production support.
• Solid technical integration experience between Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and ERP systems (e.g., JDE, P21, Navision).
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support EDI integrations (X12 and related standards) with trading partners and carriers.
• Lead and support integrations between OTM and ERP systems (order, shipment, invoice, freight payment, status updates).
• Troubleshoot EDI transmission, mapping, and data quality issues; drive root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Work with VAN providers, AS2 connections, and EDI platforms such as IBM Sterling or SPS Commerce.
• Monitor EDI production flows and ensure timely processing of inbound/outbound documents.
• Maintain technical documentation, including mapping specs, interface designs, and runbooks.
