As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Treasurer.

The role:

Nature's Touch is looking for an EDI & ERP Integration Specialist for a 2-year contract to support its ERP ecosystem and manage EDI integrations. This role is 50% focused on EDI functionality, the remaining 50% covers ERP-related support.

This is a technical role, reporting to the ERP manager, we're looking for someone with strong EDI mapping experience and familiarity with standards such as X12 and EDIFACT.

Remote: Anywhere in Canada

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and deliver EDI-compliant solutions.
• Apply working knowledge of EDI standards, including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
• Assist in the design, mapping, and deployment of EDI documents (e.g., Purchase Orders, ASNs, Invoices).
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI data exchanges to ensure accuracy and resolve issues in real time.
• Support onboarding of new EDI customers, ensuring alignment with system and customer requirements.
• Manage and maintain existing EDI connections, ensuring continuity and reliability of data flows.
• Participate in the ERP system migration, contributing to EDI integration design and mapping in the new environment.
• Configure, test, and support ERP modules across functional areas as needed.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, with a focus on EDI and system performance.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and data security protocols.
• Conduct UAT, support user training, and lead issue resolution where applicable.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in EDI implementation and ERP system support
• Strong technical experience with EDI mapping and integration.
• Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with XML and data mapping.
• Hands-on knowledge of EDI standards: ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting ERP systems and contributing to ERP migration projects is an asset.
• Bilingual: English is required as we operate in a global environment; French is important as we are based in Quebec and it is essential for effective internal communication and compliance with local requirements
