Job description

Mark Anthony Group is an entrepreneurial drinks company, built from the ground up by thinking differently, innovating and doing the unexpected. Our company is rooted in family values, a bold vision and relentless determination to continuously raise the bar and make a positive difference in consumers' lives. Founded in 1972, we’ve grown organically from a one-person import wine business into an international drinks company. Our hallmarks include a portfolio of iconic beverage brands—White Claw® Hard Seltzer, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, and Olé Cocktail Co— alongside a collection of luxury wineries in the Okanagan Valley, notably Mission Hill Family Estate, CedarCreek Estate Winery, Martin’s Lane Winery, and CheckMate Artisanal Winery.

The EDI/B2B AI-Enabled Analyst will drive the successful delivery of EDI/B2B and integration initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency, and enterprise transformation. The role partners with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external supply chain partners to coordinate program execution, manage risks and resources, and ensure solutions align with strategic business goals. The analyst works AI-enabled by default, using tools such as Kiro and agentic workflows to accelerate mapping, documentation, requirements analysis, and delivery, while capturing and scaling critical domain knowledge across the team.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver EDI/B2B and integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage assigned programs from planning through execution, including schedules, budgets, and resource alignment.
  • Manage and support assigned integration processes and transactions, taking corrective action and proactively preventing or mitigating business impact.
  • Drive business growth, transformation, and continuous process improvement across the organization.
  • Establish clear project and business context to enable effective AI-assisted development workflows.
  • Track portfolio performance, risks, resources, and financial impacts while identifying and removing delivery roadblocks.
  • Support governance, reporting, and strategic alignment across EDI/B2B and integration initiatives.
  • Capture and maintain critical domain knowledge and documentation to AI-enable the team and support succession and business continuity.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, external supply chain and trading partners, PMO, and steering committees to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Promote accountability, urgency, and timely execution across internal and external partners while contributing to continuous improvement across IT and PMO functions.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Hands-on experience with EDI/B2B integrations, including EDI mapping, protocols, integration processes, and transaction management.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and within supply chain, transportation/logistics, healthcare/pharmaceutical, or similarly complex environments.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi and/or EDI/VAN providers such as OpenText, TrueCommerce, SPS, Kleinschmidt, or CLEO.
  • Experience managing programs and processes, including planning, budgeting, resource coordination, risk management, and delivery.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and experience working across cross-functional technical and business teams.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Microsoft Office.
  • Comfort using AI-enabled tools to support documentation, requirements analysis, mapping, and workflows.
