Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Immervision is seeking an accomplished imaging expert to join our Montreal-area team. You will own the full imaging stack from low-level C/C++ pipelines to deploying optimized AI models on edge hardware such as Nvidia Jetson and Qualcomm platforms.
Ideal candidates have deep experience in imaging depth, AI/ML, and embedded systems, including real-time performance optimization and cross-architecture compatibility. Fluency in French and English is preferred.
This isn't your typical imaging role. You'll be contributing to a truly one-of-a-kind product — a technology that only a handful of teams in the world are building. At Immervision, innovation isn't a buzzword; it's the core of what we do every day. You'll tackle genuinely hard, unsolved problems at the cutting edge of computational imaging and Edge AI, with real impact on how the world sees and interprets visual information.
Concretely, you'll own the full stack of imaging intelligence: from low-level C/C++ pipelines (dewarping, stitching, calibration, noise reduction) to deploying optimized AI models on edge hardware like Nvidia Jetson and Qualcomm platforms. If you get excited about making vision systems faster, smarter, and more accurate — this role is for you.
Imaging depth — geometric projections, colorimetric correction, Fourier transforms, real-time rendering AI/ML fluency — PyTorch/TensorFlow, model optimization (quantization, pruning, TensorRT/ONNX), end-to-end MLOps Embedded expertise — Qualcomm, ARM, Jetson Orin/Xavier, algorithm optimization for constrained architectures Solid engineering — C/C++, Python, unit testing, multi-architecture portability (x86/ARM)
camera calibration, optical simulation (Zemax/CodeV), SLAM/3D reconstruction, Unity rendering, camera hardware & driver development (sensor, SoC, BSP), published research, or patent contributions.
Comprehensive group insurance, generous vacation that grows with seniority, and a hybrid work environment — with a preference for candidates based near Montréal being able to work at the office.
