As a Director, Relationship Management, reporting to the VP, you'll help our clients leverage ADP's business and technology solutions to grow their business.

ADP seeks a leader for the Mid-market relationship management team, supporting over 13 professional relationship managers. This role is key to client success, focusing on the health and optimization of clients using ADP's HR technology and services.

The role involves building strategic client partnerships, maintaining ADP's leadership in Human Capital Management solutions, and driving client strategy and relationship growth.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Leading client support and retention strategies through the Client Relationship Managers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective processes and client satisfaction.
  • Implementing and evolving relationship management initiatives and tools.
  • Mentoring and developing team members' skills and competencies.
  • Supporting growth through sales support and client retention programs.
  • Monitoring success metrics such as customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Requirements include :

  • 7-10 years of leadership in a client-facing role, preferably in relationship management or client services.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and negotiation skills, especially with C-suite executives.
  • Ability to analyze and understand client success metrics and manage P&L responsibilities.
  • Proven change management and transformational leadership skills.

Preferred qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • English / French bilingualism is highly preferred.
