Columbia Forest Products is looking for 2 Production Supervisors to oversee their operations at the Hearst, Ontario facility. If you have the following, we want to hear from you:

• Previous supervisory/leadership experience in production or manufacturing
• Understanding of Lean Systems
• Ability to manage unionized workers
• Communicate efficiently in both French and English
• Able to work within a flexible schedule (shift work, during the week, during the weekend, etc.)
• Capacity to cope with adversity
• Have safe work habits while working to attain production targets, quality, and client service
• Ability to make functional analysis, solve problems, and make decisions
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience in wood products, plywood, or veneer preferred, but not required
