We have the privilege of supporting and advising major clients on a daily basis.In order to support our growth, the agency is currently looking for aSales Representative / Merchandiser.

You will be responsible for consumable goods in convenience stores and small retail spaces. To apply for this role, it is essential to have a valid driver's license & exclusive access to a vehicle.

• Salary at $26 / hour
• Monthly automobile allowance starting at $1200 / month
• Retention Bonus : 3 months $250 $12 months $1,250
• Cell phone allowance of $40 / month
• Fixed schedule : 40 hours / week, Monday to Friday
• Work on the road as an independent contractor

Responsibilities

• Increase the number of points of sale within the assigned territory
• Work closely with the supervisor to meet sales goals and targets
• Ensure in-store activities support and reflect ongoing sales promotions
• Ensure in-store execution aligns with the proposed plan (promotional calendar, agreements, floor space, planogram, etc.)
• Participate in merchandising plans
• Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) equipment in stores
• Manage own territory and customer meetings
• Establish positive relationships with customers
• Complete daily reports via the mobile app
• Cover mainly gas stations and convenience stores in the territory

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Exclusive access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Relevant experience in sales and / or merchandising
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Ability to submit daily reports
• Exclusive access to a smartphoneusing an app in the work process is required
• Must be tech-savvy and able to perform digital tasks easily through the app, which includes reports after each shift
• Exclusive access to a computer and an internet connection
