Position: Senior Microsoft Power Platform Application Developer (Remote)

Location: Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA)

The Senior Application Developer will play a key role in the operation and support of the North America RI P&C applications. Reporting to the Manager of Subsection Business Solutions P&C - North America, this role involves developing Power Platform based solutions and ensuring high-quality results aligned with industry standards and compliance requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Host, extend, and maintain the Microsoft Power Platform.
2. Identify and implement business requirements.
3. Incorporate technological solutions with business processes.
4. Consult and implement customized digital solutions.
5. Support all phases of the digitalization lifecycle.
6. Engage with business departments for effective communication.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. 8+ years in IT application development, with comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
3. University degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
4. Collaborative team player with a sense of accountability.
5. Commitment to mastering various tasks and adaptive communication skills.
6. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.), including creating custom connections and configuring Dataverse.
7. Proficiency in programming, database design, and understanding of SSO technologies.
8. Interest in advanced technologies like AI, Machine Learning, and Robotics.
9. Certifications: PL200 or PL400 preferred.
10. Additional skills in Visual Studio, .NET, REST API, Azure, TypeScript, JavaScript, Entity Framework are advantageous.
