Job Brief: The Breakfast Cook/Deli Prep position at Sunwapta reports to the Chef and Restaurant Supervisor. This role begins early in the morning, starting at 6:00 AM, depending on business levels. Responsibilities include preparing and stocking items for the continental breakfast buffet and limited a la carte breakfast offerings, as well as handling all deli prep tasks, including making sandwiches, wraps, salads, and baked goods. This position also supports the kitchen team with group menu preparation for lunch and dinner, in addition to completing daily prep lists provided by the Sous Chef.
