Role Description

We're looking for a seasoned Product Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our team and help shape the future of crypto products at WonderFi. You'll be working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where design excellence is key to delivering user-centric experiences. Your deep understanding of UI / UX, sharp visual instincts, and data-driven mindset will play a pivotal role in evolving our web and mobile platforms. If you're passionate about solving complex design problems, fluent in Figma, and thrive in cross-functional teams alongside developers and product managers, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex product requirements and user needs into intuitive, elegant design solutions for web and mobile platforms.
• Own and evolve our design systems, including tokens, advanced variables, and consistent component libraries in Figma.
• Create and maintain interactive prototypes for rapid validation and testing.
• Apply strong visual and interaction design principles, ensuring pixel-perfect execution with high usability standards.
• Collaborate closely with developers, especially within React environments, understanding technical constraints and ensuring smooth handoffs using Figma Dev Mode.
• Conduct user research and A / B testing to validate hypotheses and iterate on designs.
• Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and conversion metrics to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to the culture of design excellence through critique, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
• Champion the voice of the user, delivering delightful, accessible, and meaningful product experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio of end-to-end shipped products.
• Expertise in Figma, including advanced features such as color tokens, variables, and Dev Mode.
• Demonstrated excellence in UI design, attention to detail, and ability to explain every design decision in terms of user benefit.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Solid background in interaction design, prototyping, and tools like Lottie for micro-interactions and animations.
• Strong understanding of A / B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Familiarity with HTML / CSS, and a working knowledge of React component architecture.
• Comfortable analyzing product analytics, conversion rates, and user behavior data to influence design decisions.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
• Experience in crypto or fintech product design is a must.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with web3 user flows and DeFi interfaces.
• Experience designing for regulated financial products.
• Background in accessibility and inclusive design.
• Motion / UX storytelling experience through tools like Principle, After Effects, or Framer.
