Because of this, you may not see a suitable job posting as you are looking through our website. In general, some key features of applicants we frequently place are the following:

1. 2+ years experience with building code in a Canadian context
2. A motivation to work in office 3 or more days per week
3. Strong design portfolio and/or technical ability
4. Strong interpersonal skills
