Meet the team:

Working in the medical device industry, the Marketing Manager: Healthcare Professionals (HCP) will be a key position to support the Canadian business and help drive significant growth & preference within the HCP channel of Dexcom’s industry-leading continuous glucose monitoring systems for people with diabetes.

You will contribute to the long-term strategic growth of the Dexcom brand through HCP engagement including sales enablement, omnichannel, partnerships, conferences & additional tactics.

This position is a highly collaborative role across the sales, market access, commercial operations & clinical teams and will report into the Canada marketing team.

Where you come in:

  • Lead end-to-end HCP communications strategy, including content creation based on market insights & aligned to the strategy
  • Lead sales enablement: creating digital, CRM-based and print tools that drive uptake for Dexcom among HCPs
  • Lead the design and execution of the omnichannel HCP marketing strategy, driving growth and engagement
  • Drive HCP strategy by identifying relevant HCP insights, aligning them with consumer and channel marketing strategies, and converting them into strong and differentiated marketing campaigns
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects to ensure the HCP marketing plan is successful
  • Collaborate with Sales Training teams to provide appropriate training to sales teams regarding HCP strategy, selling tools, key messages & campaigns
  • Report on key HCP performance metrics for all tactics
  • Drive strong collaboration with key internal stakeholders including Marketing Team, Clinical Education, Sales, Sales Training, Regulatory, Legal, Medical.
  • Support HCP conference presence & sponsorships as needed

What makes you successful:

  • You have 8+ years of HCP marketing experience in pharmaceuticals or medical device with a proven track record of driving growth, deploying effective campaigns & collaborating with sales teams
  • Knowledge/experience in diabetes space preferred
  • Strong copywriting skills & attention to detail
  • Experience or understanding in creating designs and artwork
  • Strong project management skills & ability to multi-task
  • Effective communication skills; verbal, written and presentation
  • CRM or Marketing automation software experience
  • Good sense of humor

Travel Required:

  • 5-15%

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience.

Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
