A leading company in Quebec is seeking a skilled support professional with strong analytical abilities and experience in banking applications. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in SQL, UNIX, and various monitoring tools, along with a collaborative mindset to manage incidents and service requests effectively.

Good experience in ServiceNow ticketing tools for managing Incidents, Service Requests (SRs), Problem Tickets, and in the Change / Problem Management Process.
Proficient in database queries, capable of writing queries with moderate complexity.
Experience in support environments, understanding ticket priorities, escalation matrices, client communication, weekly status reporting, etc.
Exposure to banking applications support.
Familiar with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
Additional knowledge of Grafana and Confluent.
Strong analytical skills and team collaboration abilities.
Experience with Linux and Python scripting.
