Job duties:

Saman Image Innovators (“Saman”) is a franchisee of Snaphouse Canada, a leader in the real estate photography industry. The Operations Manager manages the operations of the business. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Manage ourdaily business operations
  • Manage the business’ cash flow and finances.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage employees.
  • Responsible for business development, e.g., building relationships with real estate agents in the Greater Edmonton Area as well as reaching out to short term / vacation rental owners to attempt to sell Saman’s services to them.
  • Responsible for all local digital marketing, including social media, such as Facebook, and Google ad campaigns and email marketing / re-targeting campaigns.
  • Serve as the liaison between Snaphouse and Saman.
  • Responsible for upholding Snaphouse’s standards.
  • Responsible for managing multiple Matterport photo shoots and floor plans daily.

Terms of employment: Permanent and full-time.

The language of work: English.

Wage: $41.72 per hour.

Skills requirements:

Required education:

  • Completion of secondary school.

Required work experience and skills:

  • Substantial experience as a business owner.
  • Significant relevant work experience in the real estate industry.
  • 3 - 5 years of:
    • Sales or business development experience.
    • Experience managing or leading a team.
  • Must have:
    • Matterport photography training / certification.
    • Reliable transportation.
  • Drafting or CAD experience is an asset.
  • Experience managing a company’s books or day-to-day finances is an asset.
