Job description

Job Purpose:

To deliver quality education to assigned pupils and contribute to the professional, corporate life of the school in relation to pupils, staff, and external bodies within the SNCT agreements.

Location:

Bridge Of Don Academy, Aberdeen

Duration:

Permanent, Full Time

Roles requiring PVG Membership:

Please note that from 1 April 2023, roles requiring PVG membership will require candidates to meet the cost of the PVG membership. This applies to roles with a full-time salary of £30,000 and above, including teaching roles and jobs at Grade 11 and above. The Council will initially pay for the PVG cost, which will be deducted from the first full month's salary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Appropriate teaching qualification
• Full GTC (Scotland) registration or eligibility
• PVG scheme membership - Working with Children
