We are looking for a Merchant Success Manager

Compensation : $85,000-$95,000 salary, employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

As a Merchant Success Manager at AfterSell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring merchant success and satisfaction. Your responsibilities include providing personalized support, guidance, and strategy to our merchant partners, helping them maximize our tools' value and achieve their business goals. You will report to the Head of Merchant Success and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive merchant retention and revenue growth.

As AfterSell continues to scale, you’ll be central to building an outstanding team and experience for our merchants.

About the Role :

  • Establish Processes: Collaborate with the Head of Merchant Success to develop and implement efficient processes and playbooks to improve the effectiveness of the Merchant Success team.
  • Support Team Building: Assist in identifying and hiring exceptional talent to grow the team.
  • Drive Performance: Work with leadership to develop strategies that drive performance and meet goals.
  • Promote Culture: Contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive culture that resonates throughout the company.
  • Make the Connection: Build strong relationships with merchant contacts, acting as an owner and advocate.
  • Align on Value & Drive Expansion: Highlight product value to merchants and identify opportunities for growth of the AfterSell product line.
