We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong project and client management skills to lead the growth of our clients by implementing and developing technology products tailored to the retail industry. The Product Manager will be a bridge between business and technology, aligning product development with market needs, customer expectations, and organizational goals. Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Business Strategy : Create product strategies that align with business goals, market demands, and customer needs in the retail sector.
• Analyze Market Trends : Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer behavior, competitor dynamics, and emerging trends in the retail industry.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders : Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure product alignment with business objectives.
• Lead Product Development and Project Management : Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring products meet quality standards and business requirements, while effectively managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Drive Customer Success : Collaborate closely with retail clients to understand their business challenges, operational hurdles, and growth goals.
• Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics : Utilize business intelligence tools to evaluate product performance, making informed decisions for continuous growth and improvement.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams : Foster collaboration between engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to create cohesive product experiences.
• Champion Innovation : Act as a thought leader in the retail technology space, identifying opportunities for innovation that align with business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or MBA, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the technology or retail industry. We are also open to junior candidates or those with no experience who are eager to learn and have exceptional scaling capabilities.
• Retail Expertise : Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
• Ecom platform expertise (Shopify, Magento, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Meta Ads, Google Ads) : Experience with these platforms is a plus.
• Proven project management skills and experience, with the ability to lead and execute complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the retail sector.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
