As part of their continued growth, they are hiring an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join their team.

Role Overview:

As the Learning and Development Manager, you'll lead training programs that ensure compliance, foster growth, and promote continuous improvement and leadership development across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead plant training programs, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
  2. Assess training needs and collaborate on program design.
  3. Develop onboarding, technical, and leadership training materials.
  4. Evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
  5. Support career development and align training with company goals.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's in HR, Organizational Management, or Business.
  2. 1-3 years leading L&D in manufacturing.
  3. Servant leadership and Lean manufacturing experience.
  4. Skilled in instructional design, problem-solving, and project management.
  5. Familiarity with LMS and training technologies.
